                    QUAYLE MUNRO HOLDINGS PLC (THE "COMPANY") 
 
                   Share Cancellation and Total Voting Rights 
 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30th March 2010, the Company 
announces that on 25th May 2010 it cancelled 280,052 ordinary shares of 10p 
each. 
 
The cancelled shares comprised 261,265 ordinary shares purchased by the Company 
for cancellation and a further 18,787 ordinary shares which were held in 
treasury.  The remaining 21,213 ordinary shares held in treasury were sold to 
staff of the Company on 25th May 2010. 
 
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's 
issued share capital on 28th May 2010 comprises 4,303,762 ordinary shares of 
10p.  The Company no longer holds any shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total 
number of voting rights is 4,303,762. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
