Notice of Results and Posting of Letter to Shareholders

The Company announces that it will release its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2012 on 14 March 2013.

In connection with this, the Company posted a letter to shareholders yesterday inviting them to one of two investor days at which Christopher Kemball, Chairman of the Company, and other Board members will provide an update on the Company.

The investor days will start at 11.30 a.m. and will be held in London on 14 March 2013 and in Edinburgh on 19 March 2013 at 22 Berners Street, London, W1T 3LP and 102 West Port, Edinburgh, EH3 9DN respectively.

Confirmations of attendance should be sent to the Company Secretary, Andrew Walls, by 28 February 2013.
