RAM ACTIVE MEDIA PLC ("RAM" or the "Company")

Loss of Nomad

The board of RAM announces that the Company's Nominated Adviser Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited will cease its Nominated Advisor function as of Monday, 20 January 2014 and accordingly will no longer be able to act as nominated adviser.

If the Company is unable to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser it will be cancelled from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

Shares in the Company have been suspended from trading on AIM since 4 September 2013, pending clarification of the financial position of the Company.
