Reflex Group plc ("Reflex") announces that it has received notification from
DCC plc pursuant to Sections 67 to 80 of the Companies Act 1990 of Ireland
that DCC plc and its subsidiaries no longer have a notifiable interest in the
share capital of Reflex.

Reflex announces that it has received a notification from Mr Beverley Ripley
pursuant to Sections 67 to 71 of the Companies Act 1990 of Ireland that he not
longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of Reflex.

These notifications follow completion of the acquisition of Fitness & Leisure
Group (Holdings) Limited and arise due to the issue of 88,646,876 ordinary
shares as consideration.
