                              Director's Dealings                              

The Company was notified on 12 September 2008 that on the same day Marc
Duschenes, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 6,168,409
ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary
Shares"), at an average price of 0.5 pence per share, equivalent to 10.32 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Mr Duschenes now holds 11,110,409 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 18.59 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of Regenesis. These shares are held
through Bayfield Capital Limited; a company wholly-owned by Mr Duschenes and
his wife.

In addition, the Company announces that it has been advised that John Barncale
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
