    ("ReEnergy" or "the Group")

    Suspension

    As a result of the delay to completion of the disposal of Estech Europe Limited, which disposal was completed on 17 June 2007, the Group
has not been able to prepare its accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.  

    Under the AIM Rules, a company that does not publish its annual report and accounts within 6 months of the year end will have its shares
automatically suspended. The Company's shares will therefore be suspended at 7am on 27 June 2008, pending publication of the annual report
and accounts.

    The Group will provide shareholders with an update in due course.
