ReEnergy is pleased to announce the appointment of HB Corporate Limited as the 
Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, with immediate effect. 
Additionally the Company is pleased to welcome Daniel Jennings who has been 
appointed Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. 
Daniel Jennings, 30 is a solicitor and a member of the Law Society. He qualified 
with DLA Piper but currently practices with Wright Hassall LLP. 
There is no other information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of 
the AIM Rules.
