                       NHS: National Framework Agreement

Reed Health Group plc, a provider of specialist health and social care staff and
associated services to the public and private sectors, is pleased to announce
that it has been confirmed as an approved supplier under the new NHS National
Framework Agreement for medical locums. The three year Agreement enters a
transitional stage from 1 July 2005 and will be fully implemented from 1 October
2005.

Reed Health Group currently provides the NHS with doctors, nurses, allied health
professionals and healthcare scientists.

Trevor Goul-Wheeker, Chief Executive, said

"We are delighted to be approved as a supplier under this new Agreement. This
achievement will help to strengthen our position as a leading supplier of
medical locums to the NHS, and complements our role as approved supplier of
locum doctors to the NHS in Scotland. We look forward to working with Health
Trusts and PaSA (Purchasing and Supply Agency) to remove the use of
non-framework approved agencies in order to achieve best value and minimise
patient risk"
