APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATORS

On 10 December 2013, the Company's ordinary shares were suspended from trading pending clarification of its financial position and notice of its intention to appoint an administrator.

On 20 December 2013, the Directors appointed Nigel Hamilton-Smith and Phil Armstrong of FRP Advisory as administrators to the Company. The Company announces that Robert Mitchell and Barry Whyte, both directors, resigned from the Board of the Company immediately prior to the appointment of the administrator.
