Declaration of Annuity Dividend

 The Board of the Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.125p
per Annuity share for the year ended 31 August 2007.

This dividend will be payable on 9 November 2007 to all annuity shareholders on
the Company's register of members at the close

of business on 2 November 2007.
