RMR plc ("the Company") - Appointment of two new directors to the Board

The Company is pleased to announce that, following the approval of the
acquisition of Learning Angles Limited by the shareholders of the Company at
the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, Gwyn Jones and Chris Thomas have
been appointed to the Board with effect from today.
