Directors' resignations

On 6 March 2002, the Company was notified that Chris Thomas and Gwyn Jones had
resigned as directors of the Company with effect from the same day.


As indicated in the announcement made by RMR on 5 March 2002, the Company
intends to commence legal proceedings against Chris Thomas and Gwyn Jones to
recover the consideration they received for the sale of Learning Angles Limited
to RMR in November 2001.
