AGM Statement 
 
 
 
 
Geoff Westmore, Chairman of Research Now plc (AIM: RNOW), the international 
online fieldwork and panel specialist for the market research industry, will 
today make the following statement at the Group's Annual General Meeting: 
 
 
"Trading has continued to progress well since the Preliminary results 
announcement on 2 February, with a strong pick-up in activity levels from 
January's seasonal low point. March trading has been particularly positive. 
 
 
In the five month period ending 31 March 2009 the Group's reported revenues and 
gross margin are expected to be ahead of the prior year by approximately 23% and 
28% respectively.  These results reflect the benefit of the Group's geographic 
spread.  All of the Group's regions have achieved growth on an underlying basis. 
 
 
Despite the worldwide recessionary environment, the Group remains on track to 
deliver profitable growth in 2009."
