Exercise of Options and Notifiable Holdings 
 
 
Research Now plc (the "Company" or "Research Now") has issued and allotted 
 40,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ('New 
Ordinary Shares'), following the exercise of options under the Company's 
Enterprise Management Incentive scheme, and has applied for the New Ordinary 
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. 
 
 
It is expected that admission will be on 13 July 2009.  Following admission of 
the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 
18,762,306 ordinary shares. 
 
 
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total 
number of voting rights in Research Now is 18,762,306. 
 
 
The Company also announces that it has received notification that, following an 
acquisition on 3 July 2009, Herald Investment Management Limited now holds 
961,000 ordinary shares which, following the admission of the New Ordinary 
Shares outlined above, represents approximately 5.12% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. 
 
 
Additionally, the Company received notification that, following a disposal on 3 
July 2009, Andrew Cooper now holds 1,470,000 ordinary shares which, following 
the admission of the New Ordinary Shares outlined above, represents 7.83% of the 
issued share capital of the Company.
