Exercise of Options 
 
 
Research Now plc (the "Company" or "Research Now") today announces that 225,000 
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ('New Ordinary 
Shares') have been issued and allotted following the exercise of options under 
the Company's Unapproved Share Option scheme, at an exercise price of 2p per 
share. 
 
 
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading 
on AIM.  The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary 
shares and it is expected that admission will be on 30 October 2009.  Following 
admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the 
Company will be 18,987,306 ordinary shares. 
 
 
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total 
number of voting rights in Research Now is 18,987,306.
