Dividend declaration

The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean energy generation, is pleased to declare the Company's first interim dividend of 1.37 pence per ordinary share in respect of the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 (the "First Quarterly Dividend"), as scheduled below:

Ex-dividend date             8 February 2024

Record date                       9 February 2024

Payment date                   1 March 2024

A portion of the Company's First Quarterly Dividend is designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the First Quarterly Dividend is 50%.

The Company is targeting an annualised dividend of 5.5 pence per ordinary share for FY24, representing a 10% increase on the prior year. The Company's 12-month forward-looking dividend cover is expected to be in excess of 1.3x⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾
