Russia Pre-IPO Fund (the "Fund") hereby announces that, with effect from 30 January 2009, the shares of the Fund will no longer be admitted
to trading on the International Bulletin Board ("ITBB") of the London Stock Exchange.
    The Fund believes that such delisting from the ITBB will not be detrimental to its shareholders and investors and the shares will
continue to be listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.  The Fund is committed to continuing its existing level of corporate governance and
transparency.
