RAB Special Situations Company Limited (the "Company")

Share Buyback

The Company hereby announces that, on 18 December 2014, 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were repurchased at a price of 6.00 pence per share, all of which will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company will be 64,137,761 Ordinary Shares of which 150,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

For reporting under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Directive Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 63,987,761 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
