The Company has been advised that Mr R Clinton, a Director of the Company,
acquired on 28 December 2006, 45,000 Ordinary Income shares at a price of 16.5p
each.

Following this transaction Mr Clinton now holds 50,000 Ordinary Income shares
(representing 0.17% of the issued class of capital).

Mr Clinton also holds 10,000 Zero Dividend Preference shares, representing
0.10% of the issued class of capital.
