("REG" or the "Group" or the "Company") 
Completion of Redomicilliation and Change of EPIC Code 
As announced on 16 October 2009, the approval of the Company's shareholders was 
attained at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on that date in relation to, 
inter alia, the proposals to cease the Company's designation as a fund and the 
moving of the Company's domicile from Guernsey to Jersey (the "Migration"), 
subject, amongst other things, to the consent of the authorities in Guernsey and 
Jersey. 
The Company is pleased to announce that it has now received the consent of both 
the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Jersey Financial Services 
Commission. As a result, the Migration has become effective. 
The Ordinary Shares of the Company with ISIN GB00B0717F94 will therefore be 
cancelled from trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "AIM 
Market") and application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to then be 
admitted simultaneously to trading on the AIM Market with the new ISIN 
JE00B3B67P11.   Admission is expected to occur at 08:00 today. 
In addition, the Company's present EPIC code (RWE.L) will be changed to WIND.L 
with effect from today.
