                          Resignation from the Board



Internet broadcaster and content provider, Arthur Shaw, today announced that
Peter Frohlich, a Director of Arthur Shaw and Executive Producer of
Programming, has resigned from the Board of the Company in order to focus
exclusively on the continued development of the media division of the
business.
