              THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA

Arthur  Shaw  and  Company Plc  ("Arthur  Shaw"  or  "The
Company"), the Internet broadcaster and content provider,
announces  its  first ever Interactive  Intranet  webcast
featuring  the Foo Fighters in concert.  The  webcast  is
currently  taking place from the University of California
and  the  first night on Tuesday, 10 April  was  a  great
success.  Further Intranet webcasts are planned utilising
Broadband connectivity.

Since  videoing  the  Foo  Fighters  concert  last  year,
Cyberconcerts  -  Arthur  Shaw's  website  -  have   been
creating  strategic alliances with a number of  companies
in the United States.  Their partners in this venture are
Spring  Communications,  an  affiliate  of  the  Anschutz
Entertainment  Group,  the  $1 billion  enterprise  whose
interests  include the Staples Centre,  Forum  and  Kodak
theatre, Concerts West, NHL and NBA, Qwest Digital  Media
and  numerous  other sports and entertainment  properties
world-wide

GEN,  who  own  and  operate  the  College  Entertainment
Television  network, Campus Ignite Tour 2001 as  well  as
providing  integrated marketing services to  Fortune  500
companies  (i.e. Ford, Dreamworks and Sprint) are liasing
with the colleges and have helped secure Gameworks LLC, a
wholly  owned subsidiary of the Sega Enterprise Studio's,
as the sponsor for the first webcast.  It is then planned
to  expand  the concept to the many hundreds of  Colleges
within the United States.

BMG,  to  whom  the  Foo Fighters are signed,  and  their
portal  Getmusic.com are also co-sponsors of  the  event.
