Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 6 July 2012 that, on 3 July 2012, Steirischer Technologie und Wachstumsfonds Beteiligungs AG ("STWB") purchased 8,236 SCOTTY shares at a price of Euros 1.05 per share. Dr Ernst Wustinger, a director of the Company, owns 45 per cent. and controls 54 per cent. of the issued share capital of STWB.

Following the transaction, Dr Wustinger's beneficial interest in the capital of the Company has increased from 223,022 shares to 231,258 shares, representing 23.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
