Dividend Policy 
 
 
Further to the Preliminary Results announcement issued on 13 November 2009, 
SatCom announces the following dividend policy: a final dividend for 2009 of 
0.50 cents per Ordinary Share (2008: 0.40 cents) will be proposed at the 
forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 January 2010.  Subject to 
approval at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be payable on 29 
January 2010 to those shareholders on the register of members on 8 January 2010.
