Commencement of dealings on AIM

Dealings commenced today in the issued ordinary share capital of Spring Grove
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc
following the placing by Shore Capital of 6.0 million ordinary shares at a
price of 40p per share, raising #2.4 million before expenses for the Company.
At the placing price, the market capitalisation of Spring Grove is #4.82
million.

Trading in the ordinary shares of Spring Grove on the OFEX facility was
suspended on 9 November 2001 and the Company's trading facility on OFEX was
cancelled with effect from the close of business on 29 November 2001.

Spring Grove provides day-to-day property maintenance services to the social
housing sector.  Full details of the Company are set out in the prospectus
dated 5 December 2001.
