                   Director appointment and Directors' interests



Further to the Chairman's statement at the AGM on 20 May 2004, the Company has,
on 24 June 2004, appointed Derek Short a Director and implemented the
strengthening of the Board which now comprises:



John Harrison, Chairman
Kevin Childs, Managing Director
Andrew Milne, Sales and Marketing Director
Clark Ray, Finance Director
Chris Phillips, Non-executive Director
Alan Walker, Non-executive Director
Derek Short, Non-executive Director



Derek Short has today acquired 166,666 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Shares") at a price of 30p per Share. These Shares have been sold to Derek
Short by Kevin Childs (83,333 Shares) and Andrew Milne (83,333 Shares).
Accordingly, the interests of these Directors subsequent to these transactions
are as follows:

Derek William Short, aged 61, FCIB MSI FinstD, has had a successful career
within financial services, latterly as Managing Director and owner of English
and Continental Trust Company Limited, a company engaged in banking and trust
management services based in Jersey, which was sold to Citco Group in 1999.
Previously, he was managing director of Hambros Bank Jersey Limited, a director
of Hambros Bank Gibraltar and Hambros Channel Islands Trust Company until
December 1987 and then managing director of Trident Trust Company Limited before
founding English and Continental Trust Company Limited in 1989.  He is currently
a director of Vandy Holdings Limited, Mole River Properties Limited, Tiverton
Properties Limited and English and Continental Properties Limited, all of which
are based in Jersey, as well as the Jersey subsidiary of an Austrian bank, Loan
Management Limited.  He is also a director and chairman of Channel Islands Air
Search Limited, based in Guernsey.  In his capacity providing banking and trust
management services through English and Continental Trust Company Limited, he
was a director of a large number of private companies, based in Jersey, Guernsey
and other offshore financial centres on behalf of his client base.


So far as Derek Short is aware, no further information falls to be disclosed
under paragraph 2 (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
