                              Director's Dealings 
 
The  Company today received  notification that on  1 April 2010, the trustees of 
Simon  Alberga's, Executive Chairman of  the Company, SIPP sold 113,012 Ordinary 
Shares  of 1p each in the  Company ("Ordinary Shares") at  a price of 6.39 pence 
per  share. In  addition Simon  Alberga purchased  113,012 Ordinary Shares  at a 
price of 6.39 pence per share. 
 
Following these transaction, Mr Alberga's total beneficial holding in the 
Company remains unchanged at 2,712,974 Ordinary Shares representing 
approximately 8.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This includes 
751 Ordinary Shares which Mr Alberga holds as joint trustee of the Spectrum 
Interactive Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme of which he is a potential 
beneficiary
