                                   Tender Offer and Directors' Interests 
 
Stockcube  Plc  (the  "Company") is pleased to report that the tender offer  announced  on  31  March  2010 
("Tender Offer") has now been completed.  As a result a total of 3,388,860 ordinary shares of 10 pence each 
("Ordinary  Shares")  were purchased by the Company on 4 June 2010 and immediately cancelled.   The  issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises 6,221,770 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. 
 
As a result of the completion of the Tender Offer the interests of the directors of the Company are now as 
follows:

*(1)  Edward Forbes's interest in the Company to 50,100 shares is registered in the name of Pendulum 
      Ventures Limited, of which Mr Forbes is a director; 
 
*(2)  Julian Burney's interest in the Company comprises 2,697,416 Ordinary Shares registered in his 
      own name and 824,149 Ordinary Shares in the name of the Sir Cecil Burney Will Trust, of which Mr Burney 
      is a trustee. 
 
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect from 10 
June 2010.
