Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader

it was notified on
25 March 2024 that on the same day Mr Andrew
Lockwood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
8,659 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 174.012 pence per share.
