Notice of AGM

Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Sorbic International plc (AIM:SORB), a leading sorbates producer in China, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting, will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, 7 May 2015 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH.

The Company also announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts are being posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Sorbic Annual Report and Accounts 2014 is available from today on the Company's website at www.sorbicinternational.com and will also be available from the registered office of the Company.
