Further to the announcement of the
Company's final results for the year ended 31 January 2024 on 24
April 2024, 1Spatial confirms that the annual report and accounts,
together with Notice of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to
receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the
Company's website at www.1spatial.com.
The AGM is to be held at
11.00am on 5 July 2024 at the offices of Liberum
Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street,
London EC2Y 9LY.
