    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 245 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These shares have been issued on the exercise of options under the Company's share options schemes.

    It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective and dealings will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 26
September 2008. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. 


    Following the issue of the 245 new ordinary shares, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company
announces that it has 65,996,057 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in issue under the UK ISIN code GB00B0LL6G95.
