Result of EGM

At an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today, the resolution
to adopt new Articles of Association which was set out in the Circular dated 15
September 2008 was duly passed without amendment.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the
resolution approved at the EGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be made available for inspection via the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
