In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 15.5.1(4) R the Company is 
satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may 
have to 6 July 2011 has previously been notified to a Regulated Information 
Service and accordingly the Company is exempted from the close period 
provisions of the Model Code in relation to the Company's shares.
