Notification of interest 
 
 
With reference to the notice dated 5 October 2009, Mr Colin Tenwick (CEO) and Mr 
Ian Cole (CFO) have accepted the Board offer to disburse cash compensation based 
on the offer price in exchange for all their vested share options. 
 
 
Mr Tenwick held 3,600,000 vested options with an exercise price of NOK 3.51 and 
185,381 vested options with an exercise price of NOK 5.10. Mr Cole held 
2,555,000 vested options all with an exercise price of NOK 3.51. 
 
 
The interest in the share capital of StepStone ASA of Colin Tenwick is now 
292,684 shares and Ian Cole is now 135,945 shares.
