Exercise of Options and Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 27 April 2017 that Lynn Fordham exercised nil-cost options to acquire 199,678 shares on 27 April 2017 issued under the SVG Capital plc Long Term Incentive Plan.

On 27 April 2017 Lynn Fordham sold 84,033 shares at a price of 739.29 pence each. These shares were sold to pay a tax liability due on exercise of the options.

Following the transaction outlined above, Lynn Fordham holds 489,904 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.07% of the issued share capital.
