Redemption of Redeemable Preference Shares

Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited announces that it has
given  notice  of  its  intention  to  redeem  the  balance  of   its
outstanding Redeemable Preference Shares,  amounting to 8,115,960  in
aggregate, at  �1.00 per  share on  23  March 2007.   The  shares  so
redeemed will be cancelled, following  which the Company will  become
able to utilise its authority to purchase up to 14.99 per cent of the
22,836,717 Ordinary Shares in issue.
