Directorate Changes



In its 2004 Annual Report, Thompson Clive Investments plc ("TCI") stated that
there would be board changes shortly after the next tender offer in order to
comply with the requirements of the Listing Rules' requirements.



TCI now announces that with effect from 21 June 2005 Colin Clive (chairman) and
Richard Thompson have resigned from the board of the Company.  On that date
Christopher Jones (independent non-executive director) became chairman.  Charles
Fitzherbert (alternate to Colin Clive and Richard Thompson) was appointed to the
board.



Charles Fitzherbert is on the board of a number of unquoted companies and until
30.6.2002 was a director of Isotron plc.



It is confirmed that there are no details to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2
(b)-(g) of the UK Listing Rules.
