The Board of the Trading Exchange plc (the "Company") announces that Paul 
Burgess, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has left the company with 
immediate effect.

The Company maintains a strong finance function in house which continues to 
meet all of the Company's requirements. In the interim, Roger Mitchell, a 
Scottish CA and the CEO, will assume the role of acting Chief Financial Officer, 
aided and assisted by the existing finance team.
