Further to the announcement of 1 June 2005, the Board of Tellings Golden Miller
Group plc (the "Company") today announces the payment of a special interim
dividend of 60p per ordinary share in the Company. The following information is
confirmed with respect to this dividend:

Record date: 19 August

Ex Date: 17 August
