    TELLINGS GOLDEN MILLER GROUP PLC                        

                                 BOARD CHANGES                                 

The Board of Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company") today announces
that Bob Hodgetts has resigned as finance director and company secretary of the
Company. The Board extends its thanks to Mr Hodgetts for his efforts on behalf
of the Company. The Board further announces that he has been replaced by Basil
Taylor as finance director and company secretary with immediate effect.

Basil Taylor is a chartered accountant with wide experience of senior
management. He has held senior financial positions within firms such as the
Norwich Union Group and NM Rothschild & Sons Limited. He has been the financial
controller at the Company since November 2004.

Current and past directorships of Basil John Taylor (aged 57) held within the
last five years are set out below:
