    TELLINGS GOLDEN MILLER GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

DIRECTORS' DEALINGS


The Company announces that on 22 October 2007, Basil Taylor and Richard
Telling, both directors of the Company, were each granted 18,000 options under
the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") Scheme at an exercise
price of 28.5 pence per share being the average of the mid market price of an
ordinary share in the Company for the three immediately preceding days on which
the Stock Exchange was open for business prior to 22 October 2007.

Subject to certain performance criteria being met, the options will vest on 22
October 2010.
