Option price per share range has changed from 0.14c to 0.25c to 14c to 25c.

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Irish Takeover Rules, ThirdForce PLC (the 
'Company') confirms that it has 259,376,281 ordinary shares of 12.5c each in 
issue and admitted to trading on IEX and AIM under the ISIN code IE0002242869. 
In addition, the Company confirms there are 24,109,743 share options that have 
been granted by the company and that are presently outstanding, with an option 
price per share ranging from 14c to 25c. 7,787,601 of those were granted under a 
grant agreement outside the Company share option scheme, and the remaining 
16,322,142 outstanding options were issued under the Company share option 
scheme.
