              Teleunit to expand mobile content operations to Turkey


Teleunit S.p.A, the provider of fixed line telephony, wireless broadband,
wholesale services, premium access numbers, and mobile content throughout Italy
today announces an update of its 5-digit division.


As of today, Teleunit is pleased to announce that it has over 300,000 active
subscribers that receive Teleunit content on a regular basis. This figure is up
from 260,000 as at 23 January 2006, thus representing a 13% increase in the
active subscriber base in less than one month.


The Board gave final approval for the expansion of Teleunit's mobile content
operations to Turkey on 16 February 2006. Teleunit will be operating in Turkey
as a limited company under the name of "Teleunit Iletisim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret
Sti" (Teleunit Telecommunications Services and Trading Ltd). All commercial
agreements with network operators and content providers are in place, and a new
branch office has been established in Istanbul. Teleunit will enter the Turkish
market through a comprehensive launch of its services in mid-March at which time
the Company will be issuing a joint press release with its local partner when
further information will be made available.


Francesco Cimica, Chief Executive Officer of Teleunit, said: "We are very
