The board of Teleset Networks (AIM:TNW) announces that Gueorgui Horozov, 
non-executive director, is resigning as a director with immediate effect 
following his decision to leave Black Sea Trade and Development Bank to take up 
another appointment.  Mr Horozov has sat on the board of Teleset Networks, as a 
representative of Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, since July 2007. 
 
 
The Board of Teleset Networks would like to thank him for the valuable 
contribution he has made to the Company and wish him well for the future.
