                              Exercise of Options 
 
The Company announces that, following the exercise of a number of employee 
share options, it has issued, conditional on admission, 25,000 new ordinary 
shares of 1p each. 
 
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and 
dealings are expected to commence on 3 February 2011. 
 
Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 50,522,827 ordinary 
voting shares in issue.
