                           Change to Conversion Cycle 
 
The  Board has resolved  that, with effect  from 1 June 2010, the frequency with 
which  the shares of the  Company may be converted  from one class to another is 
now  every three months.   The frequency of  conversions was previously monthly. 
 The next conversion date, therefore, will be 31 August 2010. 
 
However, if the proposals to restructure the Company (to be set out fully in the 
circular that is expected to be posted to shareholders by the end of June 2010) 
are  not passed at  the forthcoming AGM  and the separate  class meetings of the 
Company,  the frequency of conversions will  revert to monthly, with effect from 
31 July 2010.
