Result of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM")
Trading Update

EGM result

At the EGM, held at 10.00 a.m. today, 30 January 2007, the resolution proposed
to approve the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the 
"Capital Reduction") was duly passed.

The Capital Reduction now requires the confirmation of the Courts to become
effective.

Trading Update

Trading in 2006 was in line with expectations. As at 31 December 2006, the
Company's net debt was #15m, down from #16.3m at the beginning of the year.

The Company expects to announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2006
in late March 2007.
