Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 12 April 2007, that on that date, Richard Atkins, a
director of the Company, purchased 592,592 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company at a price of 3.375 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Atkins holds 1,792,592 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 0.87 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
