                          ("Turbotec" or "the Company") 
                          Receipt of Payment on Account 
 
 
Following Turbotec's success in defending the claim brought by its majority 
shareholder, Thermodynetics Inc. ("TDYT"), the previously notified payment on 
account of GBP350,000 due from TDYT was received by the Company on 24 May 2010. 
The Company will now actively pursue the court cost determination process to 
secure payment of the outstanding balance due from TDYT, which remains to be 
finalised.
